Orders, stock and fulfillment, working as one system.

As an e-commerce business grows, the tools multiply: a storefront, marketplaces, a 3PL or warehouse, accounting, and spreadsheets holding it all together. We build the integrations and automation that keep orders moving and stock accurate, including the parts your apps and connectors don’t cover.

Most useful when you have

  • Multiple sales channels
  • A 3PL or your own warehouse
  • Bundles, kits or multi-location stock

Growth adds tools. It shouldn’t add manual work.

Each new channel, warehouse or app solves one problem and creates a new gap between systems. Those gaps are where orders stall, stock drifts and customers start asking questions.

  • Inventory synchronization

Stock differs between your storefront, marketplaces and warehouse. You oversell on one channel and hide sellable stock on another.

  • Order routing

Orders are checked or edited by hand before they reach the right warehouse or 3PL: split shipments, bundles, pre-orders, special handling.

  • Fulfillment status updates

Shipment and tracking updates come back from the 3PL late or not at all, and customers ask where their order is before you know.

  • Webhook processing

Platforms send notifications when an order is placed or changes. Some arrive twice, some arrive out of order, and some never arrive.

  • Operational notifications

Your team hears about problems from customers, or from a stream of generic alerts nobody reads.

  • Exception handling

Failed payments, invalid addresses, unknown SKUs and orders cancelled after shipping are handled in inboxes and spreadsheets.

  • Cross-platform data sync

Products, prices and orders live in several platforms, and keeping them consistent is somebody’s daily job.

Connect the platforms. Automate the rules.

Integrations move data between your platforms so nobody re-keys it. Automation applies your rules to that data and only involves a person when a decision is needed.

In practice, efficiency means fewer manual touches per order, problems spotted when they happen instead of when a customer complains, and stock figures nobody has to double-check.

Integrations: data moves on its own

Inventory synchronization
One source of truth for stock, pushed to every channel when it changes, with a regular reconciliation check.
Order routing
Each order sent to the right location or 3PL by your rules, with bundles split into components.
Fulfillment status updates
Shipment and tracking updates collected from the 3PL and passed back to the store.
Cross-platform sync
Products, prices and order data kept consistent, with a clear owner for each.

Automation: the rules run themselves

Webhook processing
Every notification verified, recorded once, handled in order, and retried or flagged if something is missing.
Operational notifications
Specific alerts to the person who can act, with the order and the reason, instead of a noisy feed.
Exception handling
Problem orders held in one clear queue with the reason attached, not lost in an inbox.

Follow an order, including when it goes wrong.

The normal path is easy to automate. What makes a system reliable is what it does at each step when something doesn’t go to plan.

  1. 01Storefront or marketplace

    Order placed

The platform’s notification is received, verified and recorded once, even if it arrives twice.

    If notification never arrives

A scheduled check against the platform picks the order up.

  2. 02Integration layer

    Checked

Address, SKUs, stock and payment status checked against your rules.

If invalid address or unknown SKU

Order held; the right person is alerted with the reason.

  3. 03Your routing rules

    Routed

Sent to the right warehouse or 3PL. Bundles split into their components.

If no location has the stock

Held for a decision instead of being sent anyway.

  4. 043PL or warehouse

    Fulfilled

Pick, pack and ship updates collected as they happen.

If 3PL rejects or doesn’t confirm

Retried automatically, then escalated if it still fails.

  5. 05Store & customer

    Tracking returned

Tracking added to the order on its sales channel.

If no tracking after the agreed time

Flagged before the customer has to ask.

  6. 06Every channel

    Stock updated

Available stock recalculated and pushed to every sales channel.

    If channel and warehouse disagree

Listed in a regular reconciliation report.

What we build for e-commerce teams.

  1. Custom Software Integrations

Storefronts, marketplaces, 3PL and warehouse systems, and accounting connected through their APIs and webhooks.

  2. Operational Automation

Order routing rules, exception queues, notifications and scheduled reconciliation reports.

  3. Data Pipelines & Processing

Product and catalogue data cleaned and kept consistent; order and stock data combined for reporting.

Signs you’ve outgrown your plugins.

  • Someone checks or edits orders by hand before they ship
  • Stock is adjusted manually on at least one channel
  • An app or connector almost does the job, and the rest is manual
  • You find out about fulfillment problems from customers
  • Reporting means exporting CSVs from several tools

If a standard app or plugin solves your problem, we’ll tell you, and point you to it.

No big-bang switchover.

Your store keeps trading while the work happens. We confirm what each platform supports first, then move one flow at a time.

  1. Step 1:

    Map the order lifecycle

Every system an order touches, and which one is the source of truth for stock.

  2. Step 2:

    Review the platforms

We confirm what each platform’s API and webhooks actually support before anything is scoped.

  3. Step 3:

    Build & test safely

Built against test or staging environments where the platforms provide them.

  4. Step 4:

Switch one flow at a time

Stock sync, then routing, then status updates, for example, so nothing changes all at once.

  5. Step 5:

    Monitor & reconcile

Alerts for failures and a regular check that stock and orders match across systems.

Common questions.

We already use connector apps. Why would we need custom work?

Often you don’t, for the parts that work. Keep them. We build what they leave out, such as bundles, multi-location routing, custom fields or returns, or replace a connector that fails without telling anyone.

Which platforms do you work with?

We don’t publish a list of supported platforms. Every project starts by reviewing the APIs and webhooks your storefront, marketplaces and 3PL actually provide, and we confirm what is possible before it goes into the scope.

What happens if a webhook is missed or arrives twice?

Duplicates are recognized and ignored. Missed notifications are caught by scheduled checks against the platform, and anything that still doesn’t match raises an alert.

Will this change our storefront or checkout?

No. The integrations run outside your storefront and work through the platforms’ own APIs, so your theme and checkout stay as they are.

Can you connect to our 3PL?

Usually, if the 3PL offers an API, a file exchange or a reliable export. We confirm that with them early. We also build for 3PLs, so we understand what they need to receive and what they send back.

Do we need to change platforms?

No. The point is to make the platforms you already use work together.

Where should we start?

Usually with the flow that causes the most manual work or customer complaints, often stock sync or order routing. One flow is scoped, built and running before the next one starts.

Where do your orders need a human?

Tell us which orders need a human today, and which platforms are involved. An engineer will reply with an honest view of what’s worth automating, and what isn’t.
