2. Intellectual Property & Studio Work

All typography, editorial layouts, custom code demonstrations, and conceptual prototypes showcased on this site are the intellectual property of SingleNode Studio unless otherwise indicated.

Upon entering into a formal client development contract, our standard engagement policy grants 100% intellectual property ownership of bespoke codebases, assets, and design deliverables to the client upon full payment.

3. Scope of Inquiries & Estimates

Informational estimates, budget indicators, and preliminary evaluations provided through our contact form or initial email correspondence are provided for qualification and planning purposes. They do not constitute a binding legal contract until a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or formal Statement of Work (SOW) is executed.

4. Limitation of Liability

This website and its demonstrative materials are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SingleNode Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from website access.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial practice and the applicable legal jurisdiction designated in individual project agreements.
